Female Basketball Sessions

Grateful if you would attend to the following and ensure that your
organisation is represented. Do remember that in order for us to start
a female league we must prepare from now and although we received this
information late it is worth our most urgent attention. More
information follows.

Last week the St. Lucia Basketball Federation received word from the
Universal Peace Federation concerning the availability of two female
basketball coaches from Wednesday 6th to Saturday 9th May.

The first coach, Ms Diesa Seidel is the Founder of United Initiatives
for Peace and a former professional athlete and the other coach, Ms
Grace Daley is a first round WNBA draft pick and All-American
basketball player who holds numerous scoring records and accolades in
the USA and abroad (playing for the Minnesota Lynx, New York Liberty,
Houston Comets, Phoenix Mercury and top European teams).

Diesa and Grace are expected to conduct two sessions for female
athletes and female coaches on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th May from
4 pm to 6 pm at the VBCC / La Clery Basketball Court with a possible
session on Saturday 9th May.
